Nambam began the way most good things do — with a kitchen table, a stand mixer, and someone who couldn't stop baking for the people she loves. Namya bakes every dry cake, cookie and chocolate herself, in small batches, using real butter, good chocolate and no shortcuts.

There's no factory line here — just one baker in Jalandhar, a handful of tried-and-tested recipes, and orders that go out one DM at a time.
